Q. I don’t see any decorated apparel on your website, only blank apparel. Do you sell decorated apparel?
A. Yes!! All apparel on our site is sold decorated. We opted to showcase the apparel undecorated since it was quite a challenge to post it with all the possible ways it could be decorated, along with the discounts when you mix-and-match garments. So now we let you select the pieces you want, add them all to your cart, upload your artwork, and submit that to us for review. We then send you a quote using the best decoration method for your design along with all available discounts. It allows you to get the best pricing for your project. And no, we do not sell blank apparel.
Q. I selected three different items and they were all to be printed with the same design. When I got my quote, I noticed I had three different set-up charges. Why, if all three products are using the same design?
A. If the three products you selected all had different print areas, with different sized designs, and possibly different print methods, and most likely different manufacturers, each product will incur its own set-up. That results in a separate set-up charge for each. The product pages list the set-up charge for each product, but don’t hesitate to contact us should you have questions on this.
Q. I recently placed a large order for some custom shirts. After the shirts arrived and people had a chance to try them on, some found they did not fit as expected. Can we return them and get replacments in new sizes?
A. We realize ordering apparel online can be tricky, and sizing is the trickiest part of all. Sizes run differently from brand to brand, and even among different styles within the same brand. That is why, if you are ordering apparel, we send sizing sheets along with the quote or upon request to aid in size selection (as a .pdf or link to an online catalog page). However, if you find that your shirt just doesn’t fit quite like it should, call us. If it was decorated correctly and you received the size you ordered, we do not accept returns, but we can work out a discounted replacement order for the ill-fitting items.
Q. I want to order a product but need less than the minimum order requirement listed. Can I still order?
A. In most cases, yes! Just add the product to your cart, and before submitting put a note in the comments the quantity that you need. We will let you know if it is possible and provide accurate pricing for the desired quantity.
Q. I am interested in ordering some items, but would like to get some samples before placing my order. Do you offer samples prior to ordering?
A. Yes, we do! Some items we can offer samples at no charge, and there are some items that we do need to charge for. However, if you return the samples in new condition, you can receive a refund for them. Please contact us for more information on the specific samples you are interested in receiving.
Q. I need the items quicker than the stated production lead time. Do you offer rush orders?
A. We do, but it really depends on the specific product and how much quicker you need it. Especially since the production lead time does not start until after the final artwork approval is received by us. We encourage you to contact us right away to find out if we can meet your expected due date.
Q. I have my own apparel that I would like to get decorated. Can I send you my apparel for decoration?
A. Due to the inherent risk of damage during any decoration process, we do not accept customer supplied items. If we don't supply it, we can't replace it.
Q. I don't have a design yet. Do you offer design assistance?
A. Yes! We enjoy helping you bring your design idea to life...and we do it for FREE! Just tell us what you are looking for, and we will put together a design for your review.
